Flip Puzzle consists of 4 color blocks. For the puzzle to be solved, blocks should be unscrambled. You can flip 3x3 square on each move. There are following moving options: Flip 3x3 Square Horizontal and Flip 3x3 Square Vertical. In order to flip 3x3 square, click on any of the 4 central blocks.

For example, if you select the ‘Flip 3x3 Square Vertical’ option and click on square #14 (intersection of column #2 and row #3) the following squares would replace each other 3↔11, 8↔12 and, 7↔15.
